Ben Sansom
Managing Director
Ben spent over a decade touring internationally as a guitarist for Lower Than Atlantis, one of the UK’s leading rock bands of the 2010s. With multiple charting albums, including a Top 10 release, and sold-out tours across major venues, Ben developed a sharp understanding of performance, consistency, and audience perception at scale.
He brought that mindset into construction, focusing on process, presentation, and the importance of detail across every touchpoint of the business. His role within Sanper centres on commercial and marketing strategy, operational structure, and ensuring the group delivers with clarity and consistency.
Joe Cooper
Commercial Director
Joe’s background is grounded in the trades. Having built and run his own flooring business across commercial and residential sectors, he developed a reputation for quality, reliability, and hands-on delivery.
His experience working within the prison sector exposed the realities of operating in secure and highly regulated environments. While working behind the wire, Joe identified the need for trusted support beyond the site. This became the starting point of his partnership with Ben.
Together, they combined complementary skillsets to build what is now Sanper Group. What began in the insurance claims sector has grown into four specialist companies, delivering across custodial, defence, infrastructure, and residential sectors.
Today, that same balance remains at the core of the business. Strong systems, clear processes, and disciplined delivery, backed by practical expertise and an uncompromising attention to detail.
