Case Studies

The Crown Inn Nuneaton

Sanper Construction was appointed to deliver the comprehensive refurbishment and conversion of The Crown Inn, transforming the existing public house into a high-quality, fully compliant House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

Working closely with the client, Rent-a-Room, and commercial contact Luke O’Neill, the project required a carefully coordinated approach to reconfigure the building, upgrade services, and deliver durable, modern accommodation designed for long-term occupancy.

“Working with Sanper has been absolutely fantastic. Nothing seems too much trouble. We’ve been really impressed with how quick they are to respond, with how thorough they are with the information. So it’s been really refreshing to work with such an open, friendly, and helpful contractor on such a big project.”
