Sanper Construction was appointed to deliver the comprehensive refurbishment and conversion of The Crown Inn, transforming the existing public house into a high-quality, fully compliant House in Multiple Occupation (HMO).

Working closely with the client, Rent-a-Room, and commercial contact Luke O’Neill, the project required a carefully coordinated approach to reconfigure the building, upgrade services, and deliver durable, modern accommodation designed for long-term occupancy.
