Project outcome

The project was completed to schedule in June 2021.

Sanper refurbished this building to create a new and improved visitor space. As well as the repaired structural work, new flooring, new decoration and new partitions internally.

The project was complicated due to video court proceedings ongoing within proximity of the closed off site, meaning that no power tool could be used over certain hours of the day. Sanper had to schedule work carefully so that deadlines were met as well as keeping ongoing prison procedures unaffected.
